All projects are unique and have different requirements, so we put together custom quotes for each project we work on. Our brand design packages start at 1500€.

Our standard brand identity design services consist of brand strategy, a primary logo, a secondary logo, brand icons, brand patterns, custom color palette and typography, and brand guidelines. These projects last typically 4-8 weeks.
We also offer basic and deluxe brand identity design packages to accommodate to different brand building needs and wants.
Our brand identity intensive package consists of the same elements on a smaller and less in-depth scale for businesses looking for a quick turnaround. It lasts around 2 weeks.
Website
Our website building services include creating main pages and post templates according to our client’s branding. We can start from scratch or rework your existing website. We also provide additional services, such as maintaining and updating websites, copywriting, SEO, etc.. Brand identity design must be completed before starting a website design project.

Marketing material
We create designs for various digital and print purposes. The service offers templates, marketing collateral, business cards, media kits, personalized cards, and more. We can provide individual designs or full marketing material packages based on your business needs. Brand identity design must be completed before starting a packaging design project as needed.

Our email marketing design services offer design plans and templates for newsletters and other email promotions. As these projects can vary greatly depending on the scope, we do not offer an estimated time frame.
FAQ
1. After a project request has been sent through the contact form, we will process the request within 2-3 business days and decide whether our interests align with the project and our offerings. We might contact the client for further details on the project.
2. We will then send a project proposal for approval via email before starting the project.
3. Once approved, an invoice will be sent. When the invoice is paid, we will move forward with the project.
A 30% non-refundable down payment is due at the beginning of the project to get started after the project has been approved by both parties. The remaining balance will be split into a 30% mid-project payment and 40% final payment before the finished files will be transferred over.
We will do our best to accommodate our client’s needs and schedule. However, this requires the client to request our services on a reasonable timeline to give us enough time to work on the project. A rush fee of +25% of base price will be applied if deemed necessary in other cases.
Each phase includes two revisions. When giving revision feedback, please take your time and be as detailed as possible. This way we can ensure that you’ll be satisfied with the final product.
Any additional revisions requested will be charged accordingly.
Cancellations are free of charge until the project has been agreed on by both parties and the 30% non-refundable down payment has been made.
A cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellations made by the client after the project has been started. This will be based on the invoices already paid and how far into the project we are.
Before choosing to cancel the project, please contact us, so we can discuss any concerns or issues and negotiate a suitable resolution. Cancelling a project should be the last resort.
